CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to services, memberships, and events offered by Padmashali Vyapaar Network (PVN). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Annual Memberships: May be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been utilized.
  • Monthly Memberships: Can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No refund will be provided for the current month.
  • Lifetime Memberships: May be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no exclusive services have been accessed.

Event Registration Cancellation

Event registration cancellations follow these guidelines:

  • More than 7 days before event: Full refund minus a processing fee of ₹100 or 5% of the registration fee, whichever is lower.
  • 3-7 days before event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Less than 3 days before event: No refund available. However, you may transfer your registration to another person or another event within 6 months.
  • Event cancelled by PVN: Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Service Cancellation Policy

For specific services offered by PVN:

  • Consulting Services: Can be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Refunds are prorated based on services not yet rendered.
  • Workshop Registrations: Follow the same policy as event registrations outlined above.
  • Digital Services: Must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before accessing the service for a full refund.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • In case of bank transfers, refunds may take additional time based on bank processing times.
